Coal mine crushing and loading undercarriage machines are mainly used in coal roadways, semi-coal-rock roadways, and full-rock roadways. They can perform routine maintenance operations such as crushing, excavating, loading, and shoveling on the roof, floor, and sidewalls of the roadway. They can also crush large pieces of rock and coal for loading and transportation.

The coal mine crushing and loading undercarriage machine can perform multiple functions such as roadway repair, undercarriage work, and small-scale earthwork construction. Its operating conditions are as follows:

1. Roadway environment: -5℃～+40℃, maximum relative humidity ≤90%, suitable temperature 25℃;

2. Altitude ≤1000m. For plateau environments above 1000m, necessary measures should be taken as appropriate;

3. Voltage limit deviation: ±5%, AC frequency limit deviation: ±1%;

4. During operation, the coal dust and methane explosive gases in the surrounding air must not exceed the safe levels specified in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations";

5. Rock Protodyakonov hardness f ≤ 12, loose density not greater than 1.8t/m³.
