The CMQ2 Roof Cutting Drilling Rig is a specialized drilling machine designed for advanced underground coal mining technologies such as roof cutting and pressure relief.

It is mainly used for directional drilling of roof cutting holes, enabling efficient strata control and supporting non-pillar mining methods. The rig significantly improves mining safety, reduces roadway deformation, and enhances resource recovery.

The double-arm coal mine roof-cutting drilling rig is a new generation of tracked roadway roof-cutting drilling equipment, capable of 360° vertical pitch angle all-around roof-cutting operations. This machine is mainly used for the construction of blasting holes and other engineering holes in underground roof-cutting, pressure-relief, and automatic roadway-forming technology. It is suitable for various coal seams and rock formations with a rock strength coefficient <F14. The equipment has a compact structure, flexible operation, good mobility, and simple operation when positioning and cutting holes; it adopts tracked movement, has good versatility, and features multiple uses.

This drilling rig has the following advantages:

1. Safe operation, significantly reducing the physical labor intensity of workers. Suitable for construction of horizontal and inclined roadways with various cross-sections;

2. Compact structure, fully hydraulic control, convenient and flexible operation, tracked movement, convenient relocation, good mobility, saving time and effort;

3. The drilling rig's power head has high torque and long stroke, resulting in high drilling efficiency and greatly improving operational efficiency;

4. The hydraulic system is equipped with a rapid propulsion function, saving more than twice the time for loading and unloading drill rods. It is equipped with a component for loading and unloading drill pipes, reducing the labor intensity of operators.

5. It adopts a variable displacement system, with high no-load speed and gradually increasing torque as the load changes, making drilling more efficient.
