The ZQLC2 Pneumatic Rotary Drilling Rig is an upgraded version of the ZQLC series, designed for high-efficiency drilling operations in underground coal mines.

Powered by compressed air, the machine ensures explosion-proof safety while delivering enhanced torque, higher efficiency, and improved durability. It is widely used for gas drainage, roof bolting, and geological exploration.





The ZQLC2 Pneumatic Rotary Drilling Rig is a new generation of self-propelled crawler drilling rig, mainly used for geological structure exploration of coal seams, water exploration and drainage, gas drilling, coal seam water injection, and pressure release drilling.
 
This drilling rig uses compressed air as power to achieve functions such as overall machine movement, main unit support, lifting, feeding, and drill rod rotation. The pneumatic drilling rig's rotary support structure allows the main unit to rotate 360° in the horizontal plane, and the lifting cylinder allows the main unit to drill at different heights. Dual power heads can drill simultaneously, improving work efficiency.
 
This drilling rig features explosion-proof safety, high torque, high speed, high efficiency, simple structure, convenient operation, and time, labor, and manpower savings. It also features two independent columns and drilling heads, enabling simultaneous drilling and improving work efficiency. The drilling rig's movement, drilling stability, and adjustments to drilling height and angle are all automated, making operation simple and quick, reducing worker fatigue, and significantly improving work efficiency.
