WPZ Hydraulic Roadway Repair Machine for Coal Mine

The coal mine roadway repair machine is a multifunctional roadway maintenance equipment mainly used in coal roadways, semi-coal rock roadways, and full-rock roadways. It can perform routine maintenance operations such as crushing, excavating, loading, and leveling of the roadway roof, floor, and sidewalls. The machine can also break large blocks of rock and coal to facilitate loading and transportation.

The working arm of the roadway repair machine can rotate ±180° along the longitudinal axis of the machine body and can move up and down. The arm can be lowered to ground level to meet the requirements of various operations, including excavation, side digging, overturning, rock breaking, loading, and lifting. It can perform multiple functions such as ditch excavation, floor cutting, rock breaking, removal of loose coal, cleaning beneath belt conveyors, roadway leveling, and hoisting of small components.

The operating conditions are as follows:

1. Roadway environment: ambient temperature −5°C to +40°C, maximum relative humidity ≤90%, with an optimal temperature of 25°C;
2. Altitude ≤1000 m. For plateau environments above 1000 m, special design measures are required according to actual conditions;
3. Voltage deviation shall not exceed ±5%, and AC frequency deviation shall not exceed ±1%;
4. The water accumulation level in the working area shall be lower than the rail surface;
5. During operation, the concentration of coal dust and methane explosive gas in the surrounding air shall not exceed the safety limits specified in the Coal Mine Safety Regulations;
6. The roadway gradient shall comply with the requirements specified in the technical parameters;
7. The Protodyakonov hardness coefficient of the rock shall be f ≤ 12, and the bulk density shall not exceed 8 t/m³.
