The explosion-proof diesel-powered tracked transport vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the transport vehicle) is a tracked transport vehicle powered by an explosion-proof engine, suitable for use in explosive gas environments. This transport vehicle features electric starting and electrical protection, offering a high safety factor. In the event of an abnormality, the automatic protection device will automatically issue an alarm and cut off the oil circuit within one minute, forcing the vehicle to stop.
1) This transport vehicle uses a hydraulically driven track system, eliminating the need for a traditional gearbox transmission, ensuring reliable performance. A single lever controls the vehicle's forward, reverse, and steering movements, making operation simple and accurate.
2) The tracked design allows for ground pressure of less than 0.1 MPa, making it suitable for transporting goods in soft tunnels.
3) The vehicle has a narrow width, allowing for passage in 1200/1400 mm of space, making it suitable for transporting goods in narrow tunnels.
4) The two-way driving configuration effectively solves the problems of insufficient space and difficult turning in tunnels.
5) The vehicle is equipped with a crane arm with a lifting capacity of 1000 kg, facilitating safe and convenient loading and unloading of heavy objects.
