The MPCQL mining tracked flatbed truck uses compressed air as its power source. An air motor drives a gear oil pump to supply oil to the track motors, enabling its self-propelled function. Our company designed and developed this type of transport vehicle after thorough research and investigation of the special working conditions underground. It features entirely independent design and innovation, improving work efficiency while solving problems encountered in conventional transportation.
This transport vehicle has been upgraded and improved based on the original transport vehicle, adding functions such as long-distance remote control, front and rear bidirectional control, and side unloading operation. It is also equipped with a mining explosion-proof lithium-ion battery and a mining explosion-proof diesel generator. The mining explosion-proof lithium-ion battery provides power to the solenoid valves and remote control receiver, while the mining explosion-proof diesel generator is driven by an air motor. When the total voltage of the mining explosion-proof lithium-ion battery drops to 25V, it should be charged promptly. This can be done by turning the three-way ball valve handle to the "charging" position. Operation is simple and convenient, saving time and improving work efficiency. When the vehicle is parked for an extended period, the power switch on the battery box must be turned off to prevent battery depletion and affecting its use.
This transport vehicle features a compact structure, small turning radius, high traction, strong heavy-load climbing ability, high speed, long service life, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and environmental friendliness. It is mainly used in trackless underground work areas, effectively replacing manual labor for carrying heavy objects and can move freely in complex terrain within tunnels. It reduced the labor intensity of workers and improved work efficiency.
