The CGQZ series mine pneumatic pipeline auxiliary installation vehicle is a new type of installation equipment for coal mines, mainly used for the installation and disassembly of gas drainage pipelines in coal mine tunnels. Powered by compressed air, it is suitable for working environments that are flammable, explosive, strongly magnetic, radioactive, dusty, with large temperature variations, and heavy water spray.
The entire machine consists of a work platform, pipe-grabbing mechanism, travel mechanism, outriggers, and air intake system. During operation, all four outriggers of the machine must be extended and properly supported before pipe-grabbing operations can begin. The work platform and pipe-grabbing mechanism can rotate ±180°, enabling the installation of pipelines on both sides of the tunnel without moving the entire vehicle. The pipe-grabbing mechanism is remotely controlled. During pipeline installation, workers securing the pipes on both side platforms can remotely adjust the position of the pipes on the grabbing mechanism. This operating method not only improves work efficiency but also significantly enhances operational safety.
