The ZRL Emulsion Tracked Drilling Rig is a high-performance underground drilling machine designed for coal mine operations.

Powered by an emulsion hydraulic system and equipped with a crawler traveling mechanism, it delivers strong output power, stable performance, and excellent mobility. It is widely used for roof bolting, support drilling, and other underground borehole operations.

The tracked emulsion drilling rig is a new generation of self-propelled tracked drilling rigs, mainly used for detecting geological structures in coal seams, exploring and releasing water, and constructing boreholes for gas, coal seam water injection, and pressure release.

This drilling rig uses emulsion as power to achieve functions such as overall machine movement, main unit support, lifting, feeding, and drill rod rotation. The bottom turntable structure of the emulsion drilling rig allows the main unit to rotate 360° in the horizontal plane, and the turntable structure on the vertical column allows the main unit to rotate 360° in the vertical plane, thus achieving all-round, multi-angle drilling and exploration.

This drilling rig features explosion-proof safety, high torque, high speed, high efficiency, simple structure, convenient operation, and saves time, labor, and manpower.
