Product Overview

The Column-Mounted Emulsion Drilling Rig is developed based on a comprehensive analysis of both domestic and international drilling technologies, and is specifically designed for the unique working conditions of underground coal mine roadways.

Powered by high-pressure emulsion fluid, the rig drives a non-circular gear hydraulic motor to generate strong output torque. With quick-connect couplings, the equipment can be rapidly installed and put into operation.

Working Principle

The drilling rig is powered by high-pressure emulsion fluid, which drives:
A hydraulic motor to rotate the drilling mechanism
A feed cylinder to provide thrust for drilling
Torque is transmitted to the drill rod and bit for rock breaking
The output shaft is designed with a central water passage, enabling wet drilling to reduce dust.

Column Support System

A single-acting hydraulic cylinder is installed at the bottom of the column
Provides sufficient support force before and during drilling
Prevents loosening, rotation, and displacement of the column

Control System

The control console serves as the central operating unit, allowing operators to control:
Rotation and stop of the hydraulic motor
Extension and retraction of the feed cylinder
Tightening of the column cylinder
Flushing water flow and shut-off
